Flowing throughout the Mayflower Lakeside community will be 2.8 miles of paved and crushed gravel trails, perfect for an evening after dinner stroll, a family bike around the neighborhood, or connecting with the infamous Park City trail system.

The Mayflower Lakeside Clubhouse is the centerpiece of the incredible Mayflower community. The Clubhouse will be showcasing a spacious great room and high-end kitchen area, perfect for any social event or meeting with an expansive deck that looks onto the beautiful natural surrounding. The Clubhouse also connects directly to the family-friendly homeowners' pool complete with hot Tub for those beautiful wintery nights. A grand fire pit will warm and light the area with a glow to match the experience of the location. With a kid-friendly playground, 65% open space, miles of trails, and the nearby Jordanelle Lake, the summers will be fabulous!
